Return Policy

We want you to feel confident and happy with your Palmaura purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer returns under the conditions outlined below.

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with tags, labels and packaging intact.
  • You must request a return within 7 days of delivery date by emailing us at info@palmaura.com.
  • Include your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Within the USA: For returns within the USA, a $9.99 return shipping fee plus applicable tax will be deducted from your refund.
  • Outside the USA: For international returns, a return shipping fee plus applicable tax will be deducted from your refund, based on the destination country. Alternatively, you may choose to use your own carrier and cover the return shipping cost directly. In either case, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is safely returned to us.

Note: This fees can be waived if you choose to receive your refund as online store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our collections, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased on sale or with discount codes
  • Worn or used items
  • Items returned without prior approval

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order once your return is approved.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund once reviewed.
