Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident and happy with your Palmaura purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer returns under the conditions outlined below.

Returns and Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

 

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with tags, labels and packaging intact.
  •  Requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Include your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return Guidelines and Restocking Fee

Once a return has been approved and confirmed by our team, customers are responsible for selecting and covering the cost of their preferred return shipping method. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return confirmation to remain eligible for a refund. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all eligible returned items. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Palmaura is not liable for items lost.

Note: This fees can be waived if you choose to receive your refund as online store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, used, or returned without original tags, packaging, or in non-original condition.
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Requested returns after the 7-day delivery window are not accepted. Items are non-returnable once this period has passed.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Yes, we do accept exchanges!
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different color, or product, just email us at info@palmaura.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange it for. We’ll be happy to help you through the process, based on availability.

Please note that exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item you want is no longer in stock, we’ll process it as a return instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund once reviewed.

Final Sale

Please note that all items purchased from the Sale Collection are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
