Returns and Exchanges
We want you to feel confident and happy with your Palmaura purchase
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions along with a prepaid return label.
The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer free exchanges for a different color or style.
Once we receive your return, your new item will be shipped out right away.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Final Sale
Items purchased from the Sale Collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
